Living Centre Clinic is a long established centre for Complementary Healthcare with ten Practitioners.
A pleasant, healing environment, we are looking for a responsible and very friendly person. Must have a good telephone manner. Someone who genuinely cares for people. A person who is comfortable working on their own within a team environment. Must have some knowledge of Complementary Medicine.
We operate an easy to learn Private Practice Software System. Much of our work involves the input of information, making appointment bookings and entering payments onto the system. The printing of Invoices etc.
On Reception you will be required to answer the phone, greet incoming Patients, take payments following treatment and make new bookings. In addition to this there will be admin work associated with the general running of any office environment. you will be responsible for the opening and locking up of the Clinic before and after the last shift of the day.
Ideally suited to someone with previous experience of reception within a clinic or practice environment |
