Hello

My name is Neil, I have been a practicing complementary therapist since 1996, and in that time I have continued to add to my skills as a health practitioner. I believe I need to offer a complete service to my patients and clients, so I have trained in a range of therapies that allow me to do this. My overall aim is to help you to become healthier, this I do via my treatments, combined with any supplementary advice I can give you regarding your lifestyle. For us to be healthy we need to acknowledge all aspects of our being, the physical, mental and emotional, and with these issues in mind here is an idea of what I can offer you.

For the physical side, I can use massage to relax and heal your body, whether you need to relax from stress, release tension or treatment for more acute pain and injury, I can offer therapeutic or sports/deep tissue Massage to help you. The actual massage itself can be adjusted to suit your individual needs which we can asses together at the time. Massage is extremely beneficial to the body, promoting circulation, clearing toxins, encouraging healthy tissue and of course good health.

Are you stressed out, finding it hard to cope, stress is probably the most widely used word of modern times, an indicator that you are possibly suffering stress could be that you are; unable to relax, perhaps a little moody, not sleeping well, lacking in energy, have poor digestion, getting headaches, etc., the list goes on, these can all be related to stress. All of these symptoms and more can be helped with the other therapies I practice Reflexology, combined in some cases with Nutritional Advice.

Reflexology has to be one of ?the? most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments around, by merely massaging the feet in a special way the whole body benefits, being relaxed, rebalanced and given a boost all at the same time, again the treatment can be tailored to your needs, it can be extremely useful as a non invasive treatment in pregnancy (not normally in the first trimester), it can be used to prepare the mother for childbirth and some believe it can encourage the birth in cases of overdue term. It is also a great way of getting the body in a better state to conceive, and for after the birth has happened to get the body back to normal as quickly as possible. Some problems that are historically benefited by Reflexology are, Insomnia, IBS, Sinusitis, Fatigue, Stress particularly mental, and more, give it a try, you?ll be glad you did.

I have also trained in Nutritional Advice to complement the other therapies, and to help you make choices with your diet and supplements, this is an important area and must not be forgotten when it comes to getting well again or reaching optimum health.

I have a degree in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine, some of the theory I currently use in my diagnosis and aids in the advice .

I look forward to seeing you soon, when I hope to be able to help you achieve a happier & healthier you.

Love & Light

Neil
