Hi - The baby's journey to a happy life starts very early. In this 2 part series I will discuss what I have learnt over 30 years, from an osteopathic angle. As a specialist paediatric and cranial osteopath I will chat you through the common, preventable things you can do to help give your baby the best start.

I will also chat about the why the anatomy of the pelvic floor, the pelvis and spine is so important. And I will give a demonstration of the exercises you can do to help prepare the pelvic bowl ready for delivery.

Do join me if you are free Tuesday 12th May at 11:00am.

I discuss the best ways to help give your baby and yourself the best start to this amazing journey. Part 1 is what you can do before the birth, including managing the mind, body, posture & exercises which I will personally be demonstrating. I will discuss the anatomy of the pelvis, spine and muscles to help you think about what is going on. It's great to know about this even if you have already given birth, or are thinking of a next child.

Part 2 a week later will be about the birth itself and the first few weeks after. This will include flat head, feeding issues, using the dummy, other causes of crying (other than colic) and what can be done at home to help.

As a cranial osteopath, I will be focusing the talk on the mechanical causes of 'the unhappy baby.
