Michael is well versed in the structural Osteopathic approach from his training. However for the past 5 years he has also been learning about the gentle approach of Biodynamic Osteopathy from teachers in Australia, America, Germany and Switzerland. Although being well equipped with a plethora of techniques his treatments are patient centred and guided by care above all else.
Michael is voracious learner. When he is not learning about Osteopathy, he is diving deep into the study and practice of Stoicism and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He finds great pleasure in discovering the interconnected themes throughout these three major aspects of his life. He believes that the fundamental principle of all of them is to be the best person you can possibly be.
