M.Ost (Master of Osteopathy)
Member of the General Osteopathic Council
Member of the Institute of Osteopaths
As an Osteopath I work with patients from all walks of life to provide natural, sustainable pain relief, as well as preventative care. I believe that the solution to multiple causes of chronic pain doesn’t lie in addictive substances, but in Osteopathic care.
I have a special interest in the mind body connection, chronic pain conditions and women’s health.
Neck, shoulder, and low back pain
Pains brought on by stress, ie headaches, neck pain, back pain
Fibromyalgia / chronic pain
I believe given the right environment the body can heal itself using osteopathy.
I tailor my approach using the most appropriate tools for each patient, to help them achieve their goals, as no single approach fits everybody.
This can include using structural or visceral techniques, dry needling acupuncture, and importantly exercise and supportive advice.
In my spare time I can be found bringing on Greys Anatomy episodes or reading.
I keep healthy and active by going to the gym and taking long walk around Richmond park.
Coming from a caring family background, I like to think of myself as approachable and friendly. An interest in people is important to me.
