‘I use a holistic approach to practising osteopathy. During my treatment I will try to alleviate your symptoms, stimulating the healing mechanism of your own body and remove the underlying cause of stress. In order to do that I like to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and I consider nutrition and physical activity as fundamental parts for a long-lasting well-being.'
“Growing up in Sardinia put me in contact with amazing landscapes and made me develop a passion for hiking, camping, and swimming. I generally enjoy every activity that put me in contact with nature and its restoring effect. Beside the Osteopathic courses and studies always in progress, I also like to travel and discover new cultures.”
