My baby son (who had a very quick delivery) cried pretty much continuously for the first 4 weeks of his life (in between extensive and voracious feeding). I was told that he had reflux but mothers’ instinct steered me toward finding other answers and treatment.
I had heard about the benefits of cranial osteopathy and thankfully found myself and my son under the care of Vispi. His treatment was gentle and non-evasive but the effect on my son was immediate and dramatic. After only a couple of sessions he could be on his back without crying, his feeding regulated, his sleeping improved and his little clenched fists began to unfurl. I would recommend Vispi to any new mum (and often do).

I had an amazing massage!! Magda was professional , attentive and made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. Marta Vacca was incredible. She took my long history in of neck and head issues, and treated me with such compassion. She went above and beyond and gave me a bit more time than was scheduled. I've seen Magda several times over the past year for remedial massage, mostly to help with tight quads and lower back tension. Her massage therapy sessions are always thorough and tailored to what I need at the time, and she's used the LymphaTouch device as part of the treatment, which really helps ease things out. I keep coming back because the results are consistently great. I highly recommend her if you're dealing with tight or sore muscles

I am so happy to have found Vispi Jamooji. Having suffered with back pain for most of this year, it was reassuring to hear that we can try to heal my back without medical intervention. Vispi takes time to learn about your symptoms and concerns and works with you to find a resolution to the problem, giving sound advice. The treatment I had was gentle but effective.

I saw Dr Vispi Jamooji at the Living centre clinic. I was honestly so impressed with my appointment. I’ve seen osteopaths before, but his knowledge went far beyond what I was expecting. I have quite a complicated mix of symptoms which are not pain related and he completely understood what I was explaining, including my scan results and other investigations. It was such a relief to speak to someone who could actually understand the different issues together rather than just focusing on one symptom. The treatment itself was also excellent and really varied — he used several different techniques and clearly tailored everything to what he was finding as he went along. I came away feeling really positive and like I’d finally found someone who understood the bigger picture. I’ve already booked my next appointment and am really looking forward to continuing the treatment and hopefully seeing more healing and improvement. Would definitely recommend him!

Highly recommend Marta Birko osteopathy, she properly warms your muscles and body up before any adjustments so your body can relax as it realigns and be deeply relaxed by the end. Also she gives you a proper exercise programme, very clear in her explanations about any imbalances and shares when a movement is having a calming effect on the nervous system, she treats the whole, including our nervous system and mental health, not just the body. Her advice for after the session is importsnt and helpful. The clinic is fresh, clean, modern and easy to travel to on the train and just a short walk from the station.
