Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event you have been dissatisfied with any aspect of your care or service, we promise to do our best to put it right. Each consultant is self-employed and responsible for their own clinical care and standards.  We encourage you to speak with your attending consultant in the first place, if that is not possible or you chose not to you may raise an official complaint with the clinic director, Mr Vispi Jamooji.
