Mark qualified in Sports Massage Therapy at St Mary’s University Twickenham, after having spent over 30 years in Professional Sports Industry, including National Fitness Manager roles with both David Lloyd Leisure, and Fitness First PLC.

 

After his last position working in premiere league football, Mark has returned to his home town of Raynes Park. 

Mark’s interest in Sports Massage Therapy developed during his time playing Rugby Union for London Irish and Glasgow. 

Mark continues to keep in touch with the sporting world as a life-long passion. He currently works with several local rugby and football clubs as coach and therapist.

Pre-Sports. Therapy to get your body boosted to the right level of mechanical functioning, ready to maximise your goals and to help reduce risk of re-injury. 

Post Sports. Sometimes we may need support after a heavy game. I offer full post recovery treatment, ideally taken 30 mins to 48 hours after intense exercise.  

Sports Injuries & Rehab. Rehab and exercise programs to support you at any level, the casual or serious sports-person.

I have a natural attention to detail and am a good listener because I care. You will find my work precise and effective for all types of sports injuries and your training or rehab needs.

I encourage communication, so we both know we are on the same page. I know sports enthusiasts know their body the best and I work with you as a partner on your journey.

 

Personal Interests

Outside of work Mark is a season ticket holder at London Irish Rugby, a “social” golfer at Surbiton Golf Club. He is a regular user of David Lloyds Raynes Park, and cycling around Richmond Park when the weather is warm!

Mark has a keen interest in learning and has continued his further development at St Mary's University. He also regularly volunteers his services for Charity Sporting Events. Mark also has a lifetime interest in Horology.
